As you embark upon planning your Wedding Reception, Quinceañera or Business Event at a private venue, you may seek advice from family, friends or colleagues. There is so much to consider. It can seem overwhelming and you may worry about overlooking some crucial part of orchestrating your event.
The following FAQs are some important questions that we will answer to assist you in planning a successful quinceañera. If you have a quinceañera party question that is not covered here, please contact us and we will provide you a timely response.
1. What services are included in the price?
As is custom with most event halls, we have various party packages to accommodate your event needs and budget. For example, a well catered quinceañera party package costs around $45.95 per guest and comes with an appetizer, dinner, table linens, decoration, champagne, and cake.
You may want to add more services. It all depends on your budget. We do allow customers to have a do-it-yourself party and the "venue only" price depends on the number of guests, day and length of the event. 2. Is there a deposit fee?
To reserve your event date, we require 25% of the total amount. Generally, a deposit will be approximately $1500 or more to secure the date (part of this payment is a $500 refundable security deposit is collected upon contract signing). Once the contract is signed and date is secured, half the balance needs to be paid 60 days prior to the event. The final installment is paid 30 days in advance of the event.
3. What is the reception hall’s capacity?
Our banquet area is 14,000 sq. ft. The size of the entire venue is over 19,000 sq ft. This extra space comprises the kitchen, dressing rooms and staging areas.
4. What services do you offer?
If you want Club Center Events to include catering services, we can provide a quote based on quantity, cuisine, menu choice and other more specific considerations like cake, beverage choices, etc. Prices vary, but a good rule of thumb is $12-$15 per plate, depending on cuisine and level of service, menu, etc.
5. Are alcoholic beverages allowed?
Beer and wine is allowed for all guests 21 years and older. Hard alcohol requires a bar service. Bar service pricing vary.
6. How many cars can the parking lot fit?
We have more than enough parking to accommodate even the largest event, serving up to 1,100 or more parking spaces.
7. Are there any restrictions?
Most events are required to end by 12am. There are special arrangements available, but that will incur more fees and paperwork with the city granting special consideration.
